In 2017, Mary found herself grappling with a myriad of health issues—extreme fatigue, debilitating brain fog, consistent bloating, daily pain, headaches, dry eyes, etc. Frustrated by the lack of solutions offered by mainstream medicine, she turned to a Naturopathic Doctor in search of answers. Through this journey, Mary uncovered the complexities of her health, delving into conditions like SIBO, autoimmune issues, and the importance of gut health. Embracing a whole foods diet, prioritizing sleep, and managing stress brought notable improvements, but lingering symptoms persisted. Breaking away from conventional approaches, Mary discovered Daphne Lab in Italy and, intrigued, sent off a hair sample, hoping to pinpoint the ideal foods for her unique body and metabolism. This marked a transformative 'aha' moment as she deciphered her dietary needs and gained profound insights into her overall well-being.
