I highly recommend Fresh Start's Testing for those who are having digestive or other health related challenges and can't solve. Personally, I've had digestive issues for over a decade and could never figure out what I was doing wrong... And I'm the healthiest person I know!
After taking Fresh Starts Food Intolerance test, I was blown away to find out what foods my body did not tolerate well. These were foods I was eating daily and weekly and are healthy... coconut oil, garlic, sweet onions, asparagus, red bell pepper, beef fat (from Moose game burgers), gouda cheese, chicken egg yolk, dark chocolate, schisandra berries, and a specific sea salt I was using on everything! I was pretty disappointed but the best thing about their test is they also list foods your body handles very well! It was easy to eliminate these foods for 30-90 days and incorporate the other foods. I felt drastic improvement the first WEEK of the shift. I was amazed.
Another plus is you receive your results in less than a week instead of 2-6 weeks like most other tests. Mary, the co-founder, is FABULOUS to work with. She radiates passion to help those who are experiencing health issues.
